Our sensory classes are more than just storytelling—they are active, participatory adventures. Children are encouraged to interact with the story and each other through role-playing, musical engagement, craft activities, scents and tastes, loose parts and messy play and much more!
We offer a variety of services, including weekly toddler and preschool classes, birthday party sessions, and school or nursery visits. As well as promoting sensory development, each service nurtures children's creativity and imagination, and aids in strengthening their social, cognitive, language and communication skills.

Baby, Toddler and Preschool Multi-Sensory Classes
Our toddler and preschool classes are engaging 45-minute sessions for children aged 1-5 and their accompanying adult. These classes stimulate all five external senses and nurture a child's love of stories. Classes are held every Wednesday and Thursday – find out more and book your little one's place.
Birthday Party Sessions
Make your child's birthday unforgettable with a customisable Sense-a-Story session. Suitable for any child or young person (aged 1-18) who would like to have Sense-a-Story as part of their celebration. Our birthday party sessions are available on weekends and are held at your chosen venue. We look forward to discussing your ideas and planning your child's special day!

School/Nursery Visits
Sense-a-Story offers tailored sessions for schools, nurseries, and other settings, designed to complement the curriculum or provide fun, educational experiences. Our sessions can be customised to link with your lesson plan or simply be learning for learning's sake.
